QuartetFestWest Application Form - 2025

Welcome to the QuartetFestWest online application. If you are in a pre-formed ensemble, each member must fill out this form.

At the bottom of the application we ask that you attach a sample of your playing. We would like to hear two contrasting movements of works (10-15 mins duration). Portions of a recent recital are acceptable. Please name the works and give the dates of recording. Preformed groups, you may submit a recording of your group. Only one of you needs to add this to their application form.

A link to your recordings must be submitted with this application.

Students 18 years of age and under who are staying in UVIC Housing during QFW are required to have a chaperone. QFW will provide this chaperone, however there is an additional small fee of $150 to help cover the expenses.
